Why we built it
Governing documents are public records, but finding the right records is not always simple. County recording systems can be difficult to navigate, documents may be filed under different association or community names, and important amendments can be scattered across years of recordings.
HOA Records Direct does the record-search and organization work so customers can review available documents for a community in one clearly organized place.
Built for clarity
We organize records by community and display useful details such as document type, recording date, instrument number and page count when available.
Growing county by county
We expand the catalog as additional public-record collections are researched, reviewed and organized.
What we provide
Ready-made packages bring together the reviewed governing documents we have identified for a published association. For communities that are not yet in the catalog, our custom research service provides a way to request additional public-record research.
Before purchasing a ready package, customers can see the documents included and available recording details. We also identify the date through which the package was indexed so customers understand the scope of the search.
Independent and transparent
HOA Records Direct is an independent public-record retrieval and organization service. We are not a homeowners association, property manager, county office, title company, law firm or government agency, and no association or government agency endorses our service. Our packages are informational copies of public records and are not legal opinions, title searches or certifications of enforceability.
