What we provide

HOA Records Direct locates, copies, organizes and delivers documents available through public recording systems. We are an independent records-retrieval service. We are not a homeowners association, property manager, county office, title company or law firm, and no government agency endorses this service.

Limits of a package

A package reflects records located under the stated search terms and indexed-through date. Public indexes may contain delays, omissions, inconsistent names or unavailable images. We do not guarantee that a package contains every document affecting a property or association.

Not legal or title advice

Packages are informational copies of public records. They are not legal opinions, title searches, resale certificates, financial statements, account balances, violation letters or certifications of enforceability. Consult an appropriate professional before relying on a document for a legal, real-estate or financial decision.

Permitted use

Purchases are licensed for the buyer's personal or internal business use. Automated redistribution, resale of the package as our product, interference with the site, or misuse of download links is prohibited.
